Bio

I am a pianist based in Tecoma in the beautiful Dandenong Ranges. I have been a piano and theory teacher for over fourteen years. From 2003-2011 I ran my business based in Warragul, teaching at various schools and privately in the region. Upon completing my double degree in Music and Education in 2012 I have been employed as a secondary school classroom teacher, piano teacher and accompanist at an independent school in Berwick. I have extensive experience teaching absolute beginners through to AMEB practical and theoretical examinations and beyond.

As an accompanist I have worked for over twenty years with vocalists, instrumentalists and choirs. Highlights include working with the Singularity Choir from 2013 – present and West Gippsland Chorale from 2000 – 2010, numerous school productions including Beauty and the Beast, and working with VCE students for examinations.

In 2017 I have also begun accompanying instrumentalists and vocalists on the Lever Harp.
